Refund & Reschedule Policy
When you book a workshop with Tufting ’Eck, a space is reserved specifically for you and materials are prepared in advance. For this reason, our refund and rescheduling policy is as follows.
If you need to cancel your booking, please email contact@tuftingeck.co.uk at least 72 hours before your scheduled workshop. If sufficient notice is given, we can issue a refund minus a £10 administration fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
Bookings made within 72 hours of a workshop date are considered final and are non-refundable, as there is limited time to reallocate spaces and prepare materials.
You may request to reschedule your booking up to 72 hours before your workshop date.
As tufting is a hands-on, skill-based activity, we cannot guarantee specific results or that every participant will complete their rug within the session time.
No refunds are provided based on the finished outcome of a rug.
Please note: While full guidance will be given on how to use the tufting equipment safely and correctly, there is a small risk of the canvas tearing during the workshop. In some cases, a torn canvas cannot be repaired, and there may not be sufficient time to restart or complete a new rug within the session.
As workshops involve significant preparation, time, and materials, bookings are non-refundable in these circumstances
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
These policies are in place because each booking holds a limited workshop space that could otherwise be offered to another participant. Late cancellations or changes often mean we are unable to fill that space at short notice.
